   In 1752: Georgia royal colony, [3]In London, Georgia's Trustees made
   their last grant of land, paid their [4]final bills, signed a deed
   surrendering Georgia to the Crown, and [5]defaced their seal -- thus
   ending Georgia's two decades as a trustee [6]colony. For the remainder
   of its colonial status, Georgia would now [7]exist as a royal colony
   operated by the British government. .
